    11 flood warnings have been put in place in the same regions declared in Drought. A little ironic? UK weather can be very unpredictable and baffling at the same time! April 2012 has been one of the wettest April’s in history, yet the water hosepipe ban is still in place. “The wettest drought in history” - might sum this irony up.
