So when the clouds let go of their collection of water, you might see the odd kid opening up his or her mouth to have a taste of a raindrop or you might hear stories about people using buckets to gather the rainfall. The norm would be to think that that is perfectly okay. Why wouldn’t it be? Surely everything that falls from the sky can not exactly be controlled? Wrong. Certain states in America have made it illegal to divert water that falls on to properties and land. Can you believe it?! I found this news quite amusing!
